Our Ambassador Excellence programs help mission-driven organizations educate and inspire their board members, providing the knowledge, skills, and perspective they need to be more impactful as friendraising Ambassadors. Our Board Impact programs help our clients strengthen their board structure, governance, and culture, while our Rapid Strategic Planning services help organizations develop the strategic framework and foster the culture needed to build organizational resiliency, agility, and grit in today’s complex and rapidly changing environment. We also do work in organizational development and executive search.
Collaborative Giving
We believe that giving is a powerful, emotional, and visceral experience. For some, it's a spiritual journey. A key part of generosity is choosing who to share that journey with. On the collaborative giving side of our business, our Hands On! Philanthropy, 3D Relationships, and Family Philanthropy Roadmap programs help guide participants as they clarify and articulate their philanthropic values, passions, and mission. They then use that clarity to put a purposeful plan of action in place to honor those values and maximize the impact they can make in their communities.
