You and your donors, supporters, volunteers, staff, and clients are all intertwined parts of the same caring cohort, connected through a shared vision and a shared passion for your mission. Through that mission you serve the community. But, as I mention in this recent blog post, it’s just as important to remember that as you do the good work that you do, the relationships you build and the bonds you forge create community as well.

#nposcreatecommunity is a campaign to help nonprofit leaders, funders, and industry experts share their vision through short "My Why" videos describing how they create communities based on a shared passion for serving the community.  Please add your voice and join us in this campaign!

This is super simple to do.  there are three quick steps:

1. Start by watching Jay's invitation video and then you're ready to start, follow the link below to record and submit your video. 

2. Be sure to check out some of the "My Why" videos below to see how your fellow nonprofit leaders are creating community.  

3. Please go ahead and invite others to share their passion by recording their own "My Why" videos and participate in this campaign as well!
